The massage roller is a skincare accessory from traditional Chinese medicine. In ancient China, it was traditionally made with a jade stone roller and used to firm the skin. It is now made with many different stones.

After applying your day cream or night cream, use the roller to help with penetration and absorption of the skincare. Apply light pressure and glide the massage roller from the inside outward. Smooth each area of the face. Repeat several times.

The roller provides a gentle massage with a soothing effect on the skin. It stimulates the facial muscles and helps smooth your features.

It is recommended to use it daily.

Cleansing:

Rose quartz can be cleansed by running it under water. However, to preserve the massage roller’s metal parts, we recommend cleansing it by smudging with a palo santo stick or white sage. Burn the palo santo or sage and pass the roller over the smoke. Don’t forget to air out the room well after smudging.

Recharging:

Rose quartz can be recharged in moonlight or sunlight. If you recharge it in sunlight, avoid exposing it to overly intense direct light. Instead, place the rose quartz in a bright room.

It can also be placed in a quartz geode, on a quartz cluster, or an amethyst druse.
