Aventurine massage wand

The massage wand is a wonderful accessory for well-being and relaxation. It was originally used in traditional Chinese medicine to relieve muscle tension, promote vital energy, “qi” (pronounced: chi), and remedy energy imbalances.

How to use:

Apply a little massage oil. Hold the massage wand by its ends and gently roll it over the area of the body to be massaged. The massage wand can be used on the entire body: back, neck, arms, legs…

The thinner/pointier end of the wand is used for acupressure points. The other end is used for circular massages on targeted areas.

In reflexology, the ends of the massage wand can be applied to specific points on the hands or feet.

Aventurine is the stone of calm and serenity. Through its gentle vibrations, it brings inner tranquility and patience.

Aventurine is also a stone of luck.

It encourages perseverance and promotes compassion and empathy. It helps stabilize emotional states and increase creativity.

It is used in lithotherapy to reduce allergies, skin rashes, eczema, and acne. However, there is no scientific or medical evidence supporting these properties.

Purification and recharging:

Cleansing:

Aventurine can be purified by soaking it in water for a few minutes. It can also be purified by fumigation with a palo santo stick or white sage. Burn the palo santo or sage and pass the aventurine through the smoke. Remember to ventilate the room well after fumigation.

Recharging:

Aventurine can be recharged by placing it for a few hours in a room bathed in sunlight. It is not recommended to expose it to direct and prolonged sunlight. Strong light and intense heat can alter the stone’s color. It can also be placed in a quartz geode or on a quartz cluster (druzy).
