The massage wand is a wonderful wellness and relaxation accessory. It was originally used in traditional Chinese medicine to relieve muscle tension, promote vital energy flow, “qi” (pronounced: chi), and remedy energy imbalances.

How to use:

Apply a little massage oil. Hold the massage wand by its ends and gently roll it over the area of the body to be massaged. The massage wand can be used on the entire body: back, neck, arms, legs…

The thinner/pointier end of the wand is used for acupressure points. The other end is used for circular massages on targeted areas.

In reflexology, the ends of the massage wand can be applied to specific points on the hands or feet.

Rose quartz symbolizes gentleness and tenderness: a wellness stone, it brings peace and serenity. It is generally associated with the heart chakra, the center of feelings and emotions. It strengthens friendships and romantic bonds, positive feelings, and brings balance and harmony.

Rose quartz boosts self-confidence and is considered an energy balancer.

Rose quartz helps reduce nervousness and promotes sleep. A raw block of rose quartz can be placed in a bedroom, on a bedside table, or near the bed. It generates a soothing atmosphere and facilitates peaceful sleep.

Cleansing:

Rose quartz can be purified by rinsing it under water. It can also be purified by smudging with a palo santo stick or with white sage. Burn the palo santo or sage and pass the wand through the smoke. Remember to ventilate the room well after smudging.

Recharging:

Rose quartz can be recharged by moonlight or sunlight. If recharging by sunlight, avoid exposing it to direct, intense light. Prefer to place the rose quartz in a well-lit room.

It can also be placed in a quartz geode, on a quartz cluster, or an amethyst druse.
