Rose quartz symbolizes gentleness and tenderness: a stone of well-being, it brings peace and serenity. It is generally associated with the heart chakra, the center of feelings and emotions. It strengthens the bonds of friendship and love, fosters positive feelings, and brings balance and harmony.

Rose quartz boosts self-confidence and is considered an energy balancer.

Rose quartz helps reduce nervousness and promotes sleep. A raw rose quartz block can be placed in a bedroom, on a bedside table, or near the bed. It creates a soothing atmosphere and facilitates peaceful sleep.

Cleansing and recharging:

Cleansing:

Rose quartz can be purified by soaking it for a few minutes in demineralized water. You can also purify it through smudging with a palo santo stick or with white sage. Burn the palo santo or sage and pass the stone through the resulting smoke. Don’t forget to ventilate the room well after smudging.

Recharging:

Rose quartz can be recharged in moonlight or sunlight. If recharging in sunlight, avoid exposure to intense direct light. It is better to place the rose quartz in a room bathed in light.

It can also be placed in a quartz geode, on a quartz cluster or an amethyst druse.
