Purification and recharging

Rock crystal can be cleansed by running it under water for a few minutes. To preserve the metal parts of the massage roller, it is recommended to cleanse it by fumigation with a palo santo stick or with white sage. Burn the palo santo or sage and pass the roller over the smoke released. Don’t forget to air out the room well after fumigation.

Recharging:

Rock crystal can be recharged by placing it in the sun for a few hours.

If the crystal is small, it can also be placed in a quartz geode, on a quartz cluster, or an amethyst druse.
