California Blue Sage

Blue sage belongs to the same family as California white sage. It helps maintain positive energy in your living space. It promotes relaxation and creates a soothing atmosphere. Blue sage can accompany meditation sessions. It is often used for protection rituals.

How to use:

Blue sage has a subtle and comforting scent. It is traditionally used to purify home interiors and clear away stagnant energies.

In lithotherapy, it is also used to purify minerals and natural stone jewelry.

Light the end of the sage stick. Extinguish the flame by waving it in the air. Pass the stone or jewelry through the smoke produced.

To extinguish the stick, crush the glowing end in an abalone shell or any other container. Don’t forget to air out the room well after smudging.
