Care advice: opal is extremely fragile. It’s recommended to clean it with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not expose opal to strong light or extreme heat: it’s heat-sensitive and may crack or fade.
Also avoid exposure to soap/shower gel, cosmetics (perfume, etc.) or household products, which will irreversibly damage the stone.
When you’re not wearing your opal, it’s recommended to store it in an individual pouch to protect it from scratches. In winter, absolutely avoid storing your opal near a radiator.
