The massage roller is a skincare accessory from traditional Chinese medicine. In ancient China, it was traditionally made of a jade stone roller and used to firm the skin. It is now made with many different stones.

After applying your day or night cream, use the roller to help the product penetrate and absorb. Apply light pressure and slide the massage roller from the inside out. Smooth each area of the face. Repeat the movement several times.

The roller provides a gentle massage, with a soothing effect on the skin. It stimulates facial muscles and helps smooth features.

Daily use is recommended

Aventurine is the stone of calm and serenity. Through its gentle vibrations, it provides inner peace and patience.

Aventurine is also a stone of luck.

It encourages perseverance and promotes compassion and empathy. It helps stabilize the emotional state and increase creativity.

It is used in lithotherapy to reduce allergies, rashes, eczema, and acne. However, there is no scientific or medical evidence supporting these properties.

Purification and recharging:

Cleansing:

Aventurine can be purified by soaking it in water for a few minutes. To preserve the metal parts of the massage roller, we recommend purifying it by smudging with a palo santo stick or white sage. Burn the palo santo or sage and pass the aventurine/your jewelry through the smoke. Don’t forget to ventilate the room well after smudging.

Recharging:

Aventurine can be recharged by placing it for a few hours in a room bathed in sunlight. Direct and prolonged exposure to the sun is not recommended. Strong light and intense heat can alter the stone’s color. It can also be placed in a quartz geode or on a quartz cluster (druzy).
