The massage wand is a wonderful accessory for well-being and relaxation. It was originally used in traditional Chinese medicine to relieve muscle tension, fluidize vital energy, “qi” (pronounced: chee), and remedy energetic imbalances.

How to use:

Apply a little massage oil. Hold the massage wand by the ends and roll it gently over the area of the body to be massaged. The massage wand can be used on the entire body: back, neck, arms, legs…

The thinner/more pointed end of the wand is used for acupressure points. The other end is used for circular massages on targeted areas.

In reflexology, the ends of the massage wand can be applied to specific points on the hands or feet.

Tiger’s eye is primarily a stone of protection. It reflects negative energies back to the sender. It is traditionally placed at the entrance of the home to protect and ward off negative vibes.

It strengthens courage and self-confidence.

Tiger’s eye stimulates the solar plexus chakra. It provides energy, helps reduce stress, and promotes concentration.

Cleansing and recharging

Purification:

Tiger’s eye can be purified by rinsing it under water. It can also be purified by smudging with a palo santo stick or with white sage. Burn the palo santo or sage and pass the wand through the smoke. Don’t forget to ventilate the room well after smudging.

Recharging:

Tiger’s eye can be recharged in the sun or by placing it in a quartz geode, on a quartz cluster or an amethyst druse. You can also use a Flower of Life plate.
