Burn the palo santo or sage and pass your jewelry through the smoke. Don’t forget to air out the room well after smudging.

Recharging:

Amethyst can be recharged by placing it in moonlight for a few hours. It can also be placed in a quartz geode or on a quartz cluster (druzy). Warning! It is not recommended to expose amethyst to prolonged sunlight. Amethyst is sensitive to strong light and intense heat, which can alter the stone’s color.
