Rose quartz helps reduce nervousness and promotes sleep. A raw block of rose quartz can be placed in a bedroom, on a bedside table, or near the bed. It creates a soothing atmosphere and facilitates peaceful sleep.

Cleansing:

Rose quartz can be purified by soaking it for a few minutes in demineralized water. To preserve the jewelry’s setting, we recommend fumigation with a palo santo stick or with white sage. Burn the palo santo or sage and pass your jewelry through the smoke. Remember to ventilate the room well after fumigation.

Recharging:

Rose quartz can be recharged by moonlight or sunlight. If recharging by sunlight, avoid exposing it to overly intense direct light. Prefer to place the rose quartz in a room bathed in light.

It can also be placed in a quartz geode, on a quartz cluster or an amethyst druse.
