The origin of Moquis Balls remains mysterious. They are believed to have appeared 25 million years ago, formed through complex geological processes involving erosion, sedimentation, and the cementation of sand by minerals like iron.

Moquis Balls have transcended ages and symbolize the sacred, magic, and spirituality. They were discovered in southern Utah and northern Arizona. Native American tribes, particularly the Hopi, formerly known as Moqui Indians, called them “shaman stones” and used them for healing or to ward off negative energies and evil spirits.

Thanks to their high iron content, Moquis Balls are energizing. They boost vitality and are true allies when you feel a drop in energy.

They promote grounding in the present moment and meditation to guide you on the path to inner peace.

How to use Moquis Balls:

For meditation:

Hold a Moquis ball in your hand to enhance concentration.

For energy rebalancing:

Moquis are used in pairs to realign yin and yang energies.

They include:

A male Moquis, negatively polarized: generally rough and/or flatter. It represents Yang energy.
A female Moquis, positively polarized: generally round and/or smooth

The female Moquis is held in the left hand for women, and the male Moquis in the right hand. The opposite applies to men.

To use them, simply sit comfortably in an armchair (without crossing your legs) or lie down, holding a Moquis in each hand, for about fifteen minutes.

Purification:

Moquis Balls can be purified by fumigation with a stick of palo santo or with white sage. Burn the palo santo or sage and pass the stones over the smoke produced. Remember to ventilate the room well after fumigation.

Do not soak Moquis Balls in water. They are made of sandstone surrounded by a ferrous layer.

Recharging:

Moquis Balls can be recharged in the sun or by placing them

in a crystal geode, an amethyst geode, or on a quartz cluster.
